People know me now as a spiritual coach, author, and youth mental wellness advocate. However, I wasn't always that way. It wasn't until I began attending personal development conferences and connecting with healers and change agents in 2019 that I started living from my authentic creative soul space.

As I saw the impact of mindset shifts and spiritual practices in my own life, I amplified sharing my story of transformation through books, workshops, and teaming up with organizations and leaders to curate community experiences.
